Shipping We will make every attempt to ship all in-stock products within 2 business days of receipt of order, although most orders will ship next business day. If you have an urgent need for immediate shipment, please contact us directly and we will attempt to ship your order same day. In the event an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified of the delay and offered a cancellation. Return Policy: All items can be returned within 15 days from the time of your receipt for a refund, less shipping and handling charges. This does not apply to CDs that have been opened or products that have been damaged by the consumer or customer. Zia Northwest will exchange any CD that is found to be defective. All returns should be shipped insured and well packed. Include in the package, your name and order number and the reason for the return. No refunds will be given for merchandise damaged due to poor packaging by customer. Please allow 10 to 14 days processing time for credit adjustments on modified orders or returns.
